The best type of vegetables for a ketogenic diet are both high in nutrients and low in carbohydrates. As most of you can guess, these are dark and leafy. Anything that resembles spinach, kale or broccoli will fall into this category and will be the best vegetable to include into your Keto friendly meals. 

This Spiced, Roasted broccoli salad includes some warm spices and variety of green vegetables. 

If you have never roasted broccoli before,  your tastebudws are about to tingle. Magic happens when vegetables are roasted in the oven....The only preparation included is chopping the vegetables and turning the oven on! Once cooked, this can be eaten hot, warm or cold and it is delicious as both a dinner party meal or even prep for your working lunch times. 


Preheat your oven to around 250 degree C.

Chop up some broccoli florets, corguettes, asparagus, brussel sprouts (only ahandful otherwise you step out your Keto zone), mushrooms, chunks of celery and some green beans.

Melt some coconut oil and drizle this on abaking trap.

For the spices combination,  we start with Salt and Pepper to your taste, warm Paprika, Garlic

Powder, Chilli flakes/powder, and some earthy Cumin Powder.
